Certified organic, this vineyard sits in a rare pocket of Bennett Valley. The soils are comprised of volcanic debris and alluvial loam. Hand harvested and with typical cab franc reddish stems, we fermented these grapes 75% whole cluster with native yeasts. After pressing, we barreled the wine down to neutral french oak barrels and let age in barrel on the lees for 9 months.
