The Jurassic Park Vineyard is located in Santa Ynez within Santa Barbara County near the Danish town of Solvang. It sits a little above 1,000 feet in elevation with rich limestone soils. This Chenin Blanc Vineyard is home to some of the oldest own rooted Chenin Blanc in California, planted in 1978.
This wine was wholecluster pressed and gently rolled in the press for minimal skin contact and chilled down to 50 degrees and then aged in 100% Neutral French oak for 10 months on the lees.
